Once you submit your individual ticket payment form, please send the following information for each of your guests to [email protected] by Friday, September 29, 2023:

• Guest name
• Guest company
• Guest email address
• Any dietary restrictions (kosher, vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free etc.)
